The Ascendia experiences create an environment of deep relaxation, decompression, and integration, allowing each participant to move from understanding into experience, and from experience into everyday practice.

Can I attend Frequency Commander without the Ascendia Experience?
No. The Ascendia Experience is a mandatory and integral part of this specific Up-Treat and completes the daily integration process.
Do I need to purchase a Frequency Generator?
Yes.
The Frequency Generator is an essential part of the practical training.
You are trained using your own generator so that, after completing the Up-Treat, you leave with both the tool and the knowledge you have gained.
The cost of the generator is not included in any of the package prices and is paid separately.
Is the program suitable for beginners?
Yes. The program is designed to welcome both people who are beginning their journey into self-regulation and wellness practices and those with previous experience.
Does Frequency Work replace medical treatment?
No. The Up-Treat is an educational and wellness program and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, or professional healthcare supervision.
What about accommodation and meals?
External accommodation and meals are not included in the Core and Advanced packages.
